Garment printing & Folded Flyer Printing

 

Garment printing is the process of decorating textile fabrics by applying pigments, dyes, or other related materials in the form of patterns. It is a developed form of the hand painting of fabrics. This type of printing is accomplished by the methods of the block, roller, screen, heat transfer and ink-jet methods. To make a garment product, you need to print the Garment. Woodblock Printing Technique

It is one of the earliest printing techniques that creates a natural effect on fabrics such as cotton, linen and silk. It is a great method to print garments. In this technique, a wooden block must be carved separately for every colour used in the design. Here the larger, heavier designs are carved first. In this technique, there exists a colour application to the block that is pressed firmly onto the cloth. This process is continued until the fabric is printed completely.

 

Cylinder Printing Technique

Another technique of printing the garment is Cylinder Printing. This type of printing originated in the 18th century and is also called roller printing. In this process, the fabric is carried along with a rotating central cylinder. After that, the fabric is pressed by a series of rollers. Here, each roller is engraved with the design. Each roller comes with separate colours through feed rollers. After the printing, the cloth is passed through a drying chamber. Thereafter, it is passed to a steam chamber where the dye is settled by moisture and heat. 

 

Folded Flyer Printing

Today, many business companies are looking for high-quality but cheap-cost flyer printing that can satisfy all aspects of their advertising, marketing, and communication needs. A Flyer is usually a single, unfolded printed sheet used to convey an effective representation of an event, service, product or idea.
